We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore. (Other locations to follow)
Processing Time
All orders, except pre-order and made-to-order items, are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
For pre-order and made to-order items, please refer to the time frame on the product description.
UK Shipping Rates and Estimates
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping within 3 days on orders within the Mainland UK. This is estimated from the time your order is processed and shipped.
We are unable to make delivery to P.O. Box addresses.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following locations: Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore.
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to Japan.
For Hong Kong and Singapore, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on orders over £400. For anything below £400, a delivery charge of £30 will be charged. Delivery will normally take 3 to 5 business days. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays in delivery.
Customers are responsible for any local duties and taxes. For your convenience and to make a smoother buying experience for our customers, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning duties and taxes are calculated and included in the final purchase price. In any event that your local customs authorities wish to charge any additional duties or taxes, customers are responsible for paying these charges.
For customers in Japan and Singapore, please note that the Estimated Tax that appears at checkout, if any, refers to duties and taxes.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also track the status directly from your account or via here.
