Return Policy
We do hope you like our products as much as we do. But in any event that you would like to return any purchases, we are pleased to offer free return for all full price items (Excluding shipping paid, customs and taxes, if any, for customers outside the UK).
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please return the products within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, freebies, if any, and in its original packagings. We kindly ask that you take all necessary precautions to ensure that the product is protected.

A return label is provided in the package, so what you need to do is simply affix it on the parcel after removing the old labels, and book a collection from the courier company. Further instructions will be sent to you once a return is initiated.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We inspect our products carefully each time before delivery. However, please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised made-to-order items, altered items or gift cards may not be refunded.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take a longer time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
No refund will be issued for shipping, local duties and taxes for customers outside the UK.
