The reason I founded this brand was not just because of my passion for timeless and classy fashion.
Over the past decade, diversity and inclusion, in particular gender diversity, has been at the top of my agenda. I’ve come across many talented women with big dreams but lacked the confidence needed to pursue them. Some didn’t believe in themselves, while others decided not to pursue their dreams just because of some outdated social norms and beliefs. I was once in their shoes until a few inspiring people reshaped my perspective. I want to share what I have learned and discovered along my journey with all women, who are filled with dreams and talent, that they can do it and that they have a choice to choose what they want to do in life.
In this unequal world that we are in, I believe the first step is to shift our mindset regarding what we, as women, can achieve. By removing our own glass ceilings in our minds, we can become role models for fellow women and the next generation, and to truly make an impact on the lives of other women and to achieve a better gender balance in the future.
